Yulia delivered, she was very hands on much like a salesperson up front and a project manager during. Our kitchen was done in 2 days, 3 highly professional crews. Buda-bing Buda-bomb, Granite Depot delivered. We had a granite install crew and plumber on day 1, then a drywall and tile install crew on day 2. We highly recommend Granite Depot.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Yulia truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From start to finish, her communication was absolutely on point—which made all the difference while managing a renovation in Charleston from my home base in New York.
Not only did she guide us seamlessly through selecting and installing our countertops, but she also went the extra mile by recommending someone to install our new backsplash. That recommendation turned out to be fantastic—the backsplash looks incredible, and the workmanship was top-notch.

We purchased new Quartz countertops and backsplash from Roman. He was thorough and patient with us while we made our decisions. He followed up with us when we had questions, but never rushed us or pressured us, which was nice.
Alex took the measurements and when he had questions, I asked his opinion and he gave me his honest feedback because (like how much cantilever I wanted over the farm sink or where to stop the backsplash).
Ivan and Nick were our installers and did a top notch job. Respectful to my house and floors and left it as clean if not cleaner than how they found it.
Every step of the process went smooth and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! I highly recommend Granite Depot of Charleston!

Amazing company. Very responsive and looking out for our best interest. Did not try to up sale us, let us take our time to make a decision and once the decision was made they installed it sooner than the estimated timeframe. Daria was an excellent representative at the showroom and warehouse, very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Ivan and Max installed the marble. They were detailed oriented, paid impeccable attention to detail, and made sure to clean up any mess that was made during install. Overall an A+ experience. We have other projects to do in our house and we will continue to use Granite Depot of Charleston.

Yulia and the crew at Grantee Depot were great throughout the entire process. Yulia was super helpful and patient as we made our selections. She went out if her way to provide samples that we could take home to view in the space. And if there were no samples, she shared multiple photos of jobs previously completed. She was also very timely with all communication. The fabricators did an excellent job taking two large quartzite pieces with a lot of movement/veining and putting them together so it looks like one fluid piece. We were very impressed! The people who installed and sealed the countertops were also great and showed up on time. Would highly recommend!

After obtaining multiple quotes, we selected Granite Depot of Charleston to perform a minor kitchen renovation. The scope was removing a bar top, removing existing granite & glass tile backsplash, and installing quartz countertops accented with a subway tile backsplash.
The whole process with Granite Depot was great! Our salesperson, Elaina, was attentive to our style and needs as well as very communicative throughout. Every one of the contractors was punctual, polite, and professional.
The quality of work was outstanding - the installers clearly know what they’re doing.

Granite Depot is as good as it gets. Our countertops look amazing, very friendly, and knowledgeable people, yuila and the rest of the staff were very nice and kind in every way I gave a 5 star rating only because you can't give a 10 star keep up the good work thanks again for doing such a great job

Great company! It took us a year to find the perfect quartz slab for our kitchen countertops. Every time a new slab would come in that Youlia thought we would like she would send pictures to see if it was what we wanted. Once we finally picked a slab we were kept advertised of every step of the project. Youlia was able to fit our complicated project onto 1 slab saving us over $2000 dollars. Once the slab was ready (which was very fast) the install team was very professional and did a great job!

GD had the best selection of remnants that we found after lots of looking. We were redoing a fireplace. They gave us a much better price, responded immediately and were prompt and courteous for the whole install. I've been a Low Country resident for 23 years and it's not often that you get this kind of service here. Great job and finished product. BTW we got estimates from 4 shops, most were twice the price. We visited more than 4 shops. We would definitely do business with GD again. Nice Work
